Jack was my mentor and dear friend. After he retired he worked with my office to help me reach quality control levels that we had never seen. He helped take us to one of the top agencies in the nation. He made me a better person and brought me closer to God. Jack Lowe, a life well lived.

What a wonderful person Jack was. Will never forget the good times together we had at UT games with Trenna and Earlenne. He was indeed a special friend who always had time for you.

I really enjoyed working with Jack. Fantastic individual and a very fine and down to earth person. Very humble and non-politically driven.
Learned a lot from him. May he rest in peace.
