ROGERSVILLE - Linda Mae Davis, 70, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on December 15, 2023. Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by her parents Eugene (Blue Eyes) and Mae Manis, infant brother and brother Larry Eugene Manis, maternal grandparents Mitchell and Betty Watkins, paternal grandparents Asbury and Cynthia Manis, father-in-law Bert A. Davis, brother-in-law Billy A. Goins, and special sister-in-law Penny Manis.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Clinton Taylor Davis, son Brian Gregory Davis of Rogersville, grandchildren Madison E. Davis, Noah and Eli Davis, special daughters-in-law, Kelley Davis and Peggy Davis, sisters, Betty E. Goins, Lisa Carmack (Rob) all of Rogersville, Kathy Gott (Gary) of Kingsport, brothers, Bob W. Manis and David Manis both of Rogersville, mother-in-law Mrs. Bennie Davis, special friends, Jerry Stubblefield and wife Shirley of Dandridge, Debbie and Johnathan Brooks of Church Hill, Carol Jayne of Kingsport, Tom and Jodie Davis, Jerry and Sarah Davis all Rogersville, Lynn and Rita Davis of Bean Station, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2023 in Broome Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be held 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 19, 2023 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Lee Knowles officiating.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at McKinney Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or charity of your choice in memory of Linda Mae Davis.
