April 11, 2026
KINGSPORT - Steven Blevins, age 45, of Kingsport, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 11, 2026 following a courageous battle with cancer. Steven was a lifelong resident of Kingsport having graduated from Sullivan North High School, class of 1999. He was employed by Eastman Chemical Company in the lifting services department. Steven loved and was an avid fan of the Tennessee Vols and Boston Red Sox. He loved sports, riding motorcycles, woodworking, kayaking with his dad, and retro toy collectibles. Steven will always be remembered for being a true friend and a genuine person to all that he came into contact with.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Gary Blevins; grandfather, Earl Kestner; grandmother, Lakie Blevins; aunt, Selena McMurray; and uncle, Jack Blevins.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Blevins; sisters, Danielle Miller and husband Joe and Mandy Carrico and fiancé Donny; grandmother, Alice Kestner; nieces, Lilly and fiancé Stefan, Lexi and Leah; nephews, Tyler and Patton; special friend, Kelly Salyer; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Friday, April 17, 2026 from 5pm -8pm at Living Praise Assembly of God, 207 New Beason Well Road, Kingsport.
