Jackie Martin Obituary
Jackie has joined his Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ after a long battle of multiple health issues. Preceding him in death, was his loving wife, Carol Jean Martin. Our family recognizes Linda Ferris, for her loving support and Christian friendship. Jackie was born and raised by Christian parents, William Bryan Martin and Ollie Franklin Martin, both of whom preceded him in their arrival at their permanent address in Heaven. William Bryan Martin (Jackie's Dad) was an orphaned child with a very tough upbringing. Jackie is survived by his children, Robby & Kelly Martin, two grandchildren, Grant & Heath Martin, and his brother, Gary Martin. Preceding him in death was his brother, Billy Martin. I have met Jackie through my mother in law Linda. I have known him for more than a decade and enjoyed his loving attitude, happiness and calm personality.
Every time I visited Linda I also enjoyed spending time with Jackie. It was always a pleasure to help fixing his computer or other items in his house, but mostly I enjoyed conversing with him.
I was hoping to meet him again last week, but the Lord has decided it's time to put his arms around him.
I miss him dearly.

Sorry to hear about my longtime friend Jackie´s passing. I had the pleasure of working with his wife, Jean, who was a wonderful lady, and I know his friend Linda, who is also a wonderful lady. My prayers are with the family.

Robby...I just heard about your Dad´s passing and I´m very sorry. I have fond memories of your Dad from our teen years. He was always fun to be around. My deepest condolences to you and Kelly and your entire family. I tried to send you a text but it wouldn´t go though.
