CHURCH HILL - John B. Arnold, 85, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023, at his home.
John was a lifelong resident of Church Hill, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. After serving in the Air Force, he worked for Boeing for 13 years, and retired from the Stardust Resort and Casino in Las Vegas after 23 years.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mattie Arnold Horton; father, Author Arnold; stepfather, Robert Horton; brothers, Billy Arnold and Roy Arnold and sister, Minnie Kay.
Survivors include his wife, Tonya Arnold; brother, James Eugene Arnold, and wife Clara; sisters, Ann Conant and husband Clarence, Connie Hilton, and husband Gary; as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
