KINGSPORT - Patricia Ann Christian, 88, Kingsport, TN, passed away, Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Holston Rehab and Care Center.
Patricia was born on July 3, 1936, in Washtenaw, Co., Michigan, to the late Matthew Harden, and Grace Lorraine (Colby) Harden.
In addition to her parents, her husband Joseph Henry Christian; daughter, Rachel Marie Leaders; and brothers and sisters preceded her in death.
Left to cherish her memory are her son, Joseph Andrew Christian (Patricia); daughter, Ann Lane (Steve); grandchildren, Heather Upton (Nate), David Christian (Megan), Angela Lane (Brian), and Matthew Leaders (Sheila); great grandchildren, Rachel Miller, Shane Lane, Lillian Christian; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-6p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at 6:00p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Justin Anderson officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00a.m., Thursday, May 1, 2025, at the Christian Family Cemetery, in the Manville Community, with Jason Blankenship officiating.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15a.m., to go in procession to the graveside service. Joe Christian, David Christian, Steve Lane, Adam Gilliam, Ronnie Tipton, and David Peters will serve as pallbearers.
