Theresa Watts Obituary
JONESBOROUGH - Theresa F. Watts, 67, of Jonesborough, passed away, Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Johnson City Medical Center. Theresa was married to her husband Don for 49+ years and was a member of Double Springs Missionary Baptist Church.
Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Martin, her mother Barbara Ward and stepfather, Charlie Ward; wonderful son, Joseph Donald Watts; mother-in-law, Zola C. Watts; nephew, Scott A. Watts; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49+ years, Don Watts; daughter, Emily Hensley; grandson, Timothy Joseph Hensley and wife Julianne; and a sister and a brother.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Double Springs Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. with Brother David Brown officiating and special music by Mike Ervin. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
